Thank you to everyone that came out and made opening day such a huge success. It was amazing to see all rippers come out and spend the day. It is going to be exciting to see how people progress as they get more comfortable with the new lines! We also want to thank SRAM, Giant Bicycles, Newbury Park Bicycle ShopREI, Conejo Recreation and Park District , Conejo Valley CyclistsConcerned Off-Road Bicyclists Association (CORBA), and everyone that made a donation to the park. Are DH bikes permitted here?
Yes. We welcome all bikes except for E bikes (CRPD rule). We have many people that ride DH bikes at the park. The jumps are dirt jump style, so a DH bike will take more work, but plenty of people are able to make it through the advanced line. Unfortunately, we are closed indefinitely, until the COVID situation clears up. We will keep everyone updated as soon as we have a better idea when we can reopen.
